Subject	Odd problem, possible stuck relay(?)

Message	The BC and SAFC stay on after I shut the car down. If I pull the fuel-pump fusible-link, they turn off and don't come back on after I re-insert the link until I've turned the car on again. I'm wondering if I've got a stuck relay that's keeping power going to the ecu even though I've pulled the key(?)
